Upcoming CSA Resident Sponsorship Opportunities
January 18, 2020: ASA PRACTICE MANAGEMENT 2020 in Vegas: CSA will select four residents to receive a $1,000 subsidy to four resident applicants to attend a conference where you can take your training outside of the OR and to next level! As an adjunct to practice management education taught in residency, the ASA offers a Resident Track as part of its annual Practice Management conference. Applications are now open! Keep An Eye Out For the CSA Resident Advocacy Workshop in Sacramento: This February, CSA will host its third annual one-day workshop specifically designed to engage residents in advocacy and communications issues related to the anesthesia specialty. This one-day workshop will include an advocacy discussion with CSA academic and private practice leaders; a roundtable discussion about leadership paths within the CSA; meetings with legislators followed by a tour at the State Capitol; and networking happy hour to end the day. Applications will be available in mid-November.
