Annual gross pay > $1,000,000 (for the past three years). No accounts receivable (paid-in-full on the DOS). Vacation > 14 weeks/year. No night call, no weekends, no emergencies. Room for growth (I’ve never promoted my practice, all “word of mouth”, I don’t even have a website).
Practice for sale.
Selling (1) goodwill (includes client list, have worked at almost 100 dental offices over the past 12 years), (2) knowledge re: equipment & supplies, (3) vendor list, & (4) my anesthesia technique, etc. I would introduce buyer to dentists & mentor during cases for at least two weeks.
