We are FOUR DAYS away from the 2023 ASAPAC Day of Contributing Challenge. Over the past four years, California has led the way during this event, and we need your help to keep the streak alive!
What has ASAPAC been doing on your behalf? At our legislative conference two weeks ago, we advocated for bills to do the following:
- Make sure anesthesiologists lead the anesthesia care team in the VA system.
- A bipartisan bill to add a cost-of-living increase to Medicare.
- A bill which would increase the number of residency positions.
The only way these critically important efforts can be successful is through a well-funded ASAPAC!
This is a very special year in California. It is the California Society of Anesthesiologists 75th Anniversary! The ASA Annual Meeting will be in San Francisco and the event will be presided over by California’s own Michael Champeau, MD, FASA, current ASA President.
Whether you give $10, $100, or $1,000, your contribution makes a difference in our efforts to fight for our specialty and medicine in Washington D.C. and across the nation.
